General The Software, as defined in the Terms of License (“TOL”) this Privacy Policy ("PP") is attached to, is provided subject to the terms of this PP, designated to explain the practices the Company's employ with respect to the collection and handling information generated by the Software. This PP is subject to and constitutes an integral part of the TOL available on the site, and all capitalized terms hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them in therein. By making any attempt to use and/or download and/or install the Software or any portion thereof constitutes User's acceptance to the terms of the Agreement (including this PP). If User does not agree with anything in the PP, User must not use the Software or any portion thereof, and must promptly click on the button "CANCEL" or on other similar icon or text provided in connection with the Software's download, and refrain from making any use of the Software. It is hereby clarified that by clicking on the button "I AGREE" or other similar icon or text provided in connection with the Software, its download, use or installation, User agrees that User has read the Agreement and this PP and expresses his affirmative consent to be bound by the Agreement's (including PP's) terms.
1. Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
1.1. Company collects non-personally identifiable information (“non-PII”). Non-PII includes the country in which the Internet service provider that allocated the User's IP address is positioned in, the Internet device used by the User (such as whether it is a PC, tablet, mobile phone or any other applicable device), the type of browser the User uses (including its version), the Software installation date, the operating system used by the User (type, version, CPU type), User's default search provider, status of the Software installation, information concerning certain files stored or software/applications installed on the User's Internet device (such as the type of antivirus software the User has installed) and web pages the User has visited (including the domain names and website addresses), icons or fields that the User clicked on and/or search sites the User accessed.
2. Cookies
2.1 One of the data collection instruments the Company uses are Cookies. Cookies are text files which are sent by a website to User's browser software and are stored on User's Internet device. The Company or its third-party designees will use only information they placed themselves in Cookies through the the Software in order to document User's visits on the various websites. No personal information about User is gathered through the use of these types of Cookies. If User does not wish to receive cookies, or wishes to be notified when a cookie is set, User may configure its browser accordingly, if the browser allows such settings. If User chooses to decline Cookies, User is hereby informed that it may not be able to fully experience all features of the Software. Some of the Company's advertisers may use cookies on the sites or services. The Company has no access or control over such cookies. This PP covers the use of cookies by the Company only, and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
2.2 The User may choose not to accept cookies from third parties who may serve advertisements (or customized advertisements) through the Software, remove their cookies and accordingly to stop receiving ads by these third parties, by accessing his browser preferences.
2.3 Information (including information from or about pages of social media sites User visits) is used by Company, or shared with third parties for various purposes such as providing User with content such as targeted advertisements promotional and marketing material. Consider the following description, if applicable:
2.3.1 Cookies. The Company uses cookies to collect information for record keeping purposes, to make it easier to navigate the Software. A cookie is a data file placed on a device when it is used to interact with the Software. The Company uses both “persistent cookies”. “Persistent” cookies are used to make tasks like logging into a Website easier and for counting purposes (such as counting and identifying actions made by User through the Software) by remembering the User’s login information. Persistent cookies stay on the User’s device from one session to the next. Cookies may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering the User any his preferences and tracking his visits to Web-pages, third parties sites and redemption of coupons. When a User clicks on an offer on available on the Software or coupon, a cookie will be set on his Internet device to track his use and redemption of the coupon or offer. The User can choose to have his device warn him each time a persistent or session cookie is being sent. A User can choose to turn off such cookies through his browser settings. If the User chooses to disable cookies on his device, some features of the Software may not function properly.
2.3.2 A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to the Device used to access the Software. The Company's computers identify User's Device by its Device Identifier. Usage Information will be non-identifying. When User downloads and uses the Software, the Company will also collect information from its affiliates (such as third parties providing the Third Parties Services) based upon the sites you visit, other web sites you may have visited, the coupons you redeem, and/or affiliate referral URLs and will store those affiliate referral URLs and a list of the third parties which provide the User with Third Party Services on the User's Internet Device to assist. Therefore, assisting the Company in providing User with advertisements, information, and content it believes may interest him.
2.3.3 Web Beacons Web Beacons are small graphic images or other web programming code (also known as “1×1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in the Software and the content provided therein. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to monitor how users navigate through various Websites, to count users interacting with the Software, or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.
2.3.4 Web Logs. The Company logs Device Identifiers and the operating system of the User's computer and may track User's movement and redemption within the Software and Third Party Services, access times and browser types in order to improve security, the pages from which the User was referred, analyze trends and administer the Software. The Company uses this information in the aggregate to gauge the effectiveness, usage, and popularity of the Software, help diagnose and troubleshoot server malfunctions, track information for statistical purposes, analyze trends, track overall user movement, and gather broad demographic information and track traffic and sales to third party affiliates.
3 Data Use. This information the Company collect, enables it to customize the User's digital environment and for the Software to better preform. The Company uses collected data for various purposes including the following: (i) to improve service providence through and/or by the Software; (ii) respond to User’s requests, support and needs more efficiently; (iii) to personalize User's experience; and (iv) to offer User(s) with content the Company or its affiliates (such as third parties who provide the Third Party Services) believe may interest such User(s), such as targeted advertising content or other commercial information.
4 Release of Information. User is advised that Company may provide data and information collected by it to third parties, in case (a) Company believes it is required to do so as part of any business operations with third parties that provide services (such as data analytics services, or performance analysis and tracking services) to Company; (b) the Company goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets; (c) the Company believes that such release is necessary in order to comply with applicable law and/or protect the safety and security of other users; or (d) if the Company at its sole discretion deems such transfer of information necessary in order protect any of its legal or property rights.
5 Sharing with Third Parties
5.1 The Company may use third-party tools or services for its own business purposes or in order to provide the User with certain services or programs. For further information about such third parties and data collection practices of such technologies please visit.
5.2 The Company may make third party's information, content, software, services (such as those as may be provided as part of the Third Party Services), applications and/or tools available for download by User from or through the Software. For this end the Company may share, rent, sell, or disseminate non-PII to such third parties and may sometimes use Users' information to enable the Company or partners to deliver targeted advertisements that the Company or they believe will be of interest to User.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of any of the aforesaid third parties, (especially once User approaches any of Third Party Services via link or otherwise), and the User is required to contact them directly for more information about their own privacy policies.

7 Securing User's information
7.1 The Company employs industry standard information security tools and measures (including internal procedures) to prevent information misuse and data leakage. For example Company's employees and contractors are subject to confidentiality obligations. The measures employed by the Company reduce the risks of data misuse, but the Company cannot (and does not) guarantee that the information provided hereunder is absolutely safe. If User is aware of any potential data breach or security vulnerability, it may immediately contacting the Company (by contacting the contact person detail of which are provided below), so that the Company may try to secure and investigate such breach.
8 For how is the information retained
8.1 As different types information are collected for different purposes (such as tax issues, accounts settling, record keeping, legal issues and the purposes specified above), information may be kept by the Company for different periods. It is clarified however that the Company may keep non-PII without limitation, provided that it will delete or de-identify potentially identifiable information, when we no longer need to process the information.
8.2 It is clarified that, in any event as long the Software is installed and/or used by the User, the Company reserves the right to keep information specified above, unless required otherwise by applicable law, or if the Company decides to do so at its sole discretion.
9 Miscellaneous
9.1 This PP is subject to and constitutes an integral part of the TOL and may be amended by the Company from time to time, without any prior notice. Any revised version of this PP will be deemed to be applicable from the first date of its publication and User agrees to be bound by such modified terms as of the date first publicized. If User does not agree to or cannot comply with the PP, as amended, User's only remedy is to stop using the Software. User is advised that if User does not terminate all such use User will be deemed to have accepted the PP, as amended. This PP is subject to and constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use.
